What are the steps for having a photo restored online?

How do I upload pictures?
Go to the Upload page,
then follow the step by step directions to upload
a picture. (You will see a "Upload Now" button that will enable you
to select a picture from your computer disk.
How do I get my photos onto my computer?
You must
first scan
your photos onto your computer disk using a scanner, or transfer
pictures
from your digital camera to your computer.
If you do not have the ability to scan the photo, take it to a photo processing lab ie: Kodak or Kwik Kopy and they cam scan it for you. Please request them to scan it for 8x10
output
at 300dpi (dots per inch) and save it on a 3 1/2 floppy disk or CD as a JPEG, jpg "High" quality setting. RGB (true color), IBM PC Format.
How should I scan the original photo to send to you?
Just scan it at 300 dpi (dots per inch) for 8x10
RGB (true color) output. Then save as JPEG, jpg, "high" quality setting
IBM PC
Format. You can then upload it to us or put it on a 3 1/2 floppy disk or CD and
mail it to us. We accept CD rom disk and floppy disk. and most other image files are also acceptable.
Can you scan the photo?
If you are having problems with the scanning, just mail us the photo and we'll scan, restore
and mail you back your original photo. There is a small additional charge for us to scan your photo and to put the finished file on a CD
disk.
How do I make credit card payment without signing up for paypal?
You don't need to a PayPal account to make a payment by credit card. We accept Master Card and Visa. Just follow these easy steps.
1. Click on the Order Now button on the Services or Personalised Photo Gifts pages.
2. Complete your order information and click Proceed to Checkout.
3. On the next page click the option "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, Click here."
4. Fill out the Dispatching Information and click Continue Checkout.
5. Fill out the Billing Information to process your order and click Continue Checkout.
Do you accept cheque or money order?
Yes we do. We also accept Direct Debit. Contact Us for our details.
I uploaded a photo to you, can you mail me the disk
instead of me having to download it?
Yes. Just tell us by email your address we will mail
you your restored photos on a disk at a small charge.

the Attachment button and send to:

4.Make a Copy print of your original photo and mail it to us.
5.Send Original photo by mail in a protective envelope or box and must be sent insured or certified mail.
